1. Authorized access only
The LumifyMD Preferred Partner Sourcing Matrix and any related materials are confidential and made available only to authorized affiliates, partners, and representatives expressly approved by Lumify MD, LLC. Access is by invitation or account credentials issued by LumifyMD. You may not share your login credentials or permit any other person to access the matrix using your account.
2. Confidentiality and proprietary notice
All pricing, product availability, supplier information, and related data displayed in the matrix are the confidential and proprietary information of Lumify MD, LLC and its licensors. You agree to hold this information in strict confidence, use it only for the purpose of evaluating or placing orders through LumifyMD, and not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or publish it to any third party without prior written consent.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use this site and the sourcing matrix only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site, circumvent access controls, scrape or automate data collection, or introduce malicious code.
4. Orders and pricing
Rates shown in the matrix reflect current market supply conditions and are subject to final confirmation by Lumify MD, LLC at the time of order. Nothing in the matrix constitutes a binding offer; all orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and applicable agreements.
5. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify LumifyMD immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Termination
Lumify MD, LLC may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if your affiliate relationship ends.
7. Changes to these terms
LumifyMD may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
